“Urban Nester” Space Plan

In this project, our focus is to help transition the client from sprawling estate living to urban empty-nester. This client is seeking a space plan that will help them to visualize how to create a comfortable space and still achieve the programming needs for their lifestyle. By creating a program, vision statement and multiple conceptual space plans, the client is able to take their favorite ideas to any retailer and purchase furnishings on their own. These plans will help the client to visualize the space and reduce errors in purchasing for their space.
